I have a question about contraception (this is my first contraception in my life). On Saturday 11.02 I was prescribed Drovelis tablets and on the same day I started using them (the first day of menstruation) unfortunately I felt bad after them and I went to the doctor for the second time (14.02) and changed the tablets to Slinde and on the same day I also started using Drovelis. I didn't take a break. My question is, when will Slinda tablets start to work and for how long should I protect myself?

If you started using Drovelis on the 1st day of bleeding, and then without additional interruption you changed the drug to Slinda, you are fully protected against pregnancy from the 1st tablet Slinda: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/101505/slinda-tabletki-powlekane/apteki We wrote more about how to use contraception correctly in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
