How to postpone the period using Naraya Plus?
Hi, I take naraya plus tablets, is it possible to postpone the period for example by 5 days, that is, immediately after the first blister without taking a break to start the next package and for the next 4 days take active ingredients and then do a 4-day break?

To stop the bleeding, skip the placebo tablets from your current pack and start the active tablets from the next pack of Naraya Plus immediately. The next package is taken to the end, i.e. through active tablets to placebo tablets (then bleeding should appear). During a prolonged cycle, minor intracyclic bleeding or spotting may occur. You should be aware of this, it is not a cause for concern.
