Good morning, can I take something with Metmin to dilute the secretion dripping from the sinuses, e.g. strepsils for cough? (I just have it at home)

Yes, you can use e.g. Strepsils Cough for dripping secretion. Please also remember to hydrate, it will help to dilute the residual secretion and it is easier to cough it up.
