Loss of appetite during treatment with Rybelsus - will it pass?

I take the drug Rybelsus. I started using with 7 mg, now I have 14 mg. Will the almost all-day lack of appetite finally pass? For this lack of strength and diarrhea. Sometimes there are days that I can not put anything in my mouth, even to drinks I have disgust. I have been taking 14 mg for 5 days.

Loss of appetite is a common side effect of Rybelsus, seen in less than 1 in 10 patients with Rybelsus. Unlike diarrhoea, which is a very common side effect associated with the use of this medicine and is transient with continued treatment, loss of appetite may persist throughout treatment - this is an individual matter. The mechanism of action of semaglutide contained in Ribelsus is related, m.in to, inter alia, appetite suppression. Occurring diarrhea, combined with insufficient fluid supply resulting from loss of appetite, can lead to dehydration of the body. Therefore, in the situation described in the question, you should seek the advice of a doctor who will decide on a further treatment plan.
