Is it possible to combine Clemastinum Aflofarm and Nebbud?

Hi I use nebbud in nebulization .I also got clemastinum hasco but it was not and sold to me clemastinum aflofarm. Only that the composition has ethanol 96 and bemzyl alcohol .can I safely combine it with nebbudem since the auxiliary substances are alcohol.
