During the first months of using hormonal contraception, patients usually notice reduced cycle control. Common complaints are spotting and intracyclic bleeding. Such symptoms should disappear spontaneously within 3-4 months of starting treatment. If the problem worsens or you do not observe any improvement, I suggest you consult a gynecologist.
