If I have been spotting on a Kyleen IUD for half a year, could it be the wrong form of contraception for me?

Hello, in June 2022 I had a Kyleen IUD on. Since then, I have had spotting/minor bleeding with only short pauses. Bleeding intensifies after intercourse or physical exertion. I took Estrofem tablets for 2 months and at first the bleeding stopped, but after a month it appeared again. Does this mean that this method of contraception is not suitable for me?

Yes, this may mean that the IUD is not the right form of contraception for you. Consult your doctor. The specialist will suggest another method of contraception. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/antykoncepcja-hormonalna
