What probiotic should be used during Helicobacter pylori eradication?
Good morning, I start therapy with h. pylori drugs pylera + controloc. I was recommended the Sanprobi 4 Enteric probiotic, but I came across information that the best strains in this treatment are Lactobacillus reuteri and Saccharomyces boulardii - can I attach a preparation with any of the above probiotics to Sanprobi and take them at the same time or is it better to stay only with Sanprobi 4 Enteric? For @Rokid: Loose stools without characteristic odor may occur during treatment with Pylera. Observed side effects can be reported to the doctor at the next visit. However, there are no indications to stop the treatment (unless diarrhea intensifies).
Thank you very much for your answer, I use Helicogastrin for therapy. Today I am on the 2nd day of antibiotic therapy and I noticed one side effect - loose stools, but without increasing the frequency of defecation, while what worried me a little is that it is completely odorless - is this normal during Pylera therapy?
