Can I use Flunarizinum every day?

Good morning, Since October 2022 I have been taking the headache medicine Flunarizinum. The first MRI showed that I had a vascular lesion of 6 mm. The neurologist just prescribed me this drug . I should reduce the dosage, but when I follow the doctor's instructions, I have headaches again. My question is, can I use the medicine every day? Then my head does not hurt. The next MRI with contrast at the end of March and in fact the doctor has not diagnosed me yet. I don't know if it's a migraine or not.

Yes, Flunarizinum can be used daily, but not longer than 2 months. After this time, the dose should be reduced – within a week for 5 days use the usual doses, for the next 2 days the drug should be discontinued. The duration of treatment should then not exceed 6 months. Please remember that any modifications of therapy should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your health condition: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki The gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to book a medicine in the nearest stationary pharmacy upon presentation of a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/30634/flunarizinum-wzf-tabletki/apteki
