Your question probably concerns the possibility of using the drug program. Currently, the program code B.29 is in force. - Treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis. Within this program, patients who meet a number of criteria, including neurological status on the EDSS scale from 0 to 4.5, are eligible for treatment with interferon beta-1a, glatiramer acetate, dimethyl fumarate, peginterferon beta-1a, teriflunomide, ozamodem, ponesimod, ofatumumab. A patient moving mainly in a wheelchair and unable to walk more than 5 meters even with help is at level 7 on this scale, so it should be assumed that he would not be qualified. However, because each case should be assessed individually, preferably by a specialist in neurology, I encourage you to contact the attending physician. In addition to drug programs, clinical trials of new drugs are also conducted.
