I have been taking Levomine for over 1.5 years and now the withdrawal bleeding appeared 3 days earlier. What to do now?

Good morning, I have been taking Levomine tablets for over 1.5 years and for the first time I managed to bleed at the end of taking the tablets from the blister - there are 3 tablets left. Should I take the pills to the end and take a 7-day break as always and then start a new pack? Is there a possibility that the next period will be postponed a few days earlier?

Irregular bleeding (spotting or intracyclic bleeding) may occur with all combined oral contraceptives. If this has not happened so far, and irregular bleeding has appeared only now - it is worth consulting a doctor. The occurrence of irregular bleeding is usually not a reason to change the dosage of the preparation. If irregular bleeding has occurred, unfortunately it is difficult to predict what the next withdrawal bleeding will look like. Therefore, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist.
