Concomitant use of ivabradine (Raenom) and fluconazole may be associated with cardiovascular disorders m.in cardiac arrhythmias. In addition, fluconazole is not the drug of choice for onychomycosis - it is used when the use of other drugs in a given patient is contraindicated. However, the simultaneous use of ivabradine and itraconazole or terbinafine is considered safe. The list of medicinal products containing itraconazole and terbinafine can be found in the links below. All medicinal products for oral use are subject to medical prescription only: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/itraconazole https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/terbinafine If fungal lesions affect no more than 3 nails and do not exceed half of the nail surface, initially only topical treatment with cyclopirox or amorolfin varnish may be used for 6 months in the case of onychomycosis of the hands or up to 12 months in in the case of onychomycosis of the feet. These medicines can be used safely during treatment with Raenom. When such treatment proves ineffective, oral treatment is implemented. Below are examples of over-the-counter topical products.
