Will changing Afenix to Vesicare reduce the occurrence of dry mouth?

Hi, I take Afenix 10 mg years, but I have a very high dry mouth non-stop I have to drink day and night. Would I have less dry mouth if I took Vesicare 10 mg? It is known that there is a big price difference.

Afenix and Vesicare are drugs containing the same active substance - solifenacin. Solifenacin belongs to drugs that act antagonists in relation to the cholinergic receptor, one of the side effects that occur when using substances from this group is dry mouth. Switching from Afenix to Vesicare will not reduce the persistent unwanted symptom because the medicines contain the same active substance and dry mouth with both medicines was a very common (more than 1 in 10 users) reported side effect. In order to relieve dry mouth, moisturizing preparations are used, e.g. Fomukal https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/91116/fomukal-plyn/apteki, Oritolin https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/57909/oritolin-aerozol/apteki. With the help of the attached links, you can check the availability of preparations in the selected pharmacy, book them or order them home.
