Can Sympramol, Trittico CR and Tisercin be used together?

Good morning, can the drugs sympramol, trittico cr and tisercin be used together? It was prescribed to me by a psychiatrist, but on a certain site for checking the integration of drugs, he writes that there is an interaction between Trittico and Tisercin, that even arrhythmias can occur. Can I safely take these medications at the same time?
