The preparation with milk thistle should be chosen to your liking. If you do not prefer to drink oils or eat ground seeds, it will be best to reach for a capsule or tablet with silimarin. The best form will be preparations registered as medicines, with a standardized content of silymarin (the active substance of milk thistle). The manufacturer then determines the exact content of active ingredients in a single tablet.
