Are there any over-the-counter/supplements that will help me survive Efectin 75mg withdrawal?
Hello, after 2 years of taking efectin 75 mg I started to stop taking it. The psychiatrist recommended taking the pill every other day until the pack is finished. Unfortunately, there are side effects that make normal functioning very difficult. I take hydroxyzine 10 mg at night, but are there any over-the-counter/supplements that will help me survive dizziness, nausea, impaired motor coordination and such a strange feeling of electric shock?

I suggest you consult a psychiatrist - perhaps he will recommend additional drugs that will alleviate the withdrawal symptoms. Unfortunately, the process of ending the treatment with antidepressants can be quite tiring and unpleasant for patients - the severity of symptoms is an indication to contact a doctor.
