Good morning. I was diagnosed with COPD and I was given ANORO inhalation for 30 days. The doctor told me to add a Phlegaminka. I wanted to ask if ACC Optima tablets would not be better than this Phlegaminka?

Both preparations (Phlegamine and ACC Optima) dilute the secretion and facilitate expectoration. Phlegamine contains bromhexine and ACC contains acetylcysteine. Which one is better suited for a given patient can be assessed with all the information about the state of health, the medicines used - I believe that the patient's doctor has such information. When using preparations that facilitate expectoration, it is recommended to consume more fluids and it is usually not recommended to use these agents at night (coughing may hinder sleep).
