What should I do if I am afraid to take my next tablet of Duloxetine and Pregabalin?

I started using medication in the morning Duloxetine in the evening Pregabalin at a dose of 75 . Medication was prescribed to me for tingling in part of the left body. At night I felt very bad. My symptoms were so strong that the sensations of paresis paralyzed me. I'm an elderly person and I can't accept it. In addition to these drugs, I only take the drug for choresterol . What do I do because I'm afraid to take the next pill.
