There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. Due to their nature and severity, however, it is generally not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. The use of Oroes and Brintellix at the same time can cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain, which threatens the occurrence of serious disorders referred to as serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome is manifested, m.in, confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. If the medication was prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage regimen. If you notice such worrying symptoms, m.in vomiting, headache and dizziness, fever, high blood pressure, seizures, hallucinations or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor, who will decide on this basis what to do.
