Is it possible that the anus has itching and burning during Cipronex?

Is it possible that itching and burning of the anus occurred while taking the antibiotic cipronex? I am after one package, in total I have two packages that is, I am in the middle but I had itching and burning, I do not know if this is normal and I have to continue taking the drug? Will the burning stop after you finish taking the medicine?

Theoretically, Cipronex should not cause itching of the anus, but it can cause inflammation in the large intestine, as well as diarrhoea, which can cause irritation during passing stool (itching, burning). It is worth using probiotics during treatment with Cipronex - then the risk of gastrointestinal complications is reduced. If the problem persists or worsens, seek medical attention immediately.
