Will Dulsevia still work? For two weeks I took 30mg, now for 1.5 weeks I take 60mg. There is minimal improvement, but I still have terrible morning fears. Will the drug still work?

Antidepressants such as Dulsevia begin to work after about 2-4 weeks of systematic use. The full effect may be noticeable only after 4 to 6 weeks from the start of taking the preparation. In the initial period of treatment with Dulsevia, anxiety and depression may increase. The dose of 60 mg is the maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.
