In this case, there are no contraindications to vaccination. Lactose is a milk sugar that occurs in breast milk and milk of other mammals. On the other hand, cow's milk protein is a completely different ingredient that is present in cow's milk and its products. Lactose is not a protein, so it will not affect the symptoms of cow's milk protein allergy.
