The capsule of Sulforaphane does not affect the way the drug is released, it is only a carrier and is not intended to protect the active substances against hydrochloric acid in the stomach. I also do not find information about the contraindication to opening the capsule provided by the manufacturer. Therefore, in case of swallowing problems, the capsule can be opened.
