Does Hepa-Merz 300 sachets cause tooth decay?

Hi I have a question about the preparation HEPA MERZ 300 sachets in the leaflet is written that long-term use can cause tooth decay. What does long-term use mean in this case? I have to use 1 package or 30 sachets, one every other day or in this case can I get caries? I ask because it is not so necessary in my case to use this drug, unless there are some protective preparations for the teeth. Thank you

It is difficult to determine what the manufacturer meant by "long-term use". However, the risk of caries also depends on proper oral hygiene, which can significantly reduce the risk of caries. I suspect that the record appeared due to the content of fructose, i.e. simple sugar, which can be transformed into acids causing, m.in the formation of caries. In my opinion, there is no need to use special preparations from above, as long as you care about proper oral hygiene and make check-ups at the dentist. Of course, if you have noticed ailments regarding the health of the oral cavity, teeth, gums - it is worth going to the dentist and talking about this issue individually.
