Are stomach, back and leg pain side effects of Diemono?

Witam.od 4dni I take the drug Diemono hurts me terribly stomach, cross, and legs or can I take the cover? Are these side effects?

Abdominal pain and back pain are a common side effect of Diemono, affecting up to 1 in 10 people using Diemono. Side effects usually occur in the first months after the start of treatment and disappear spontaneously with its continuation. The so-called "shield" with Diemono is not used. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future.
