Can I take Amoksiklav if there was anaphylactic shock after Ramoclav?

Can I take Amoksiklav if there was anaphylactic shock after Ramoclav? A month before the shock I took Amoksiklav and did not feel any side effects, while after Ramoclav the shock occurred 20 minutes after the first dose. Is there a possibility that this time the same situation will also be after Amoksiklav?

Ramoclav and Amoksiklav contain the same active substances - amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. They differ in the content of excipients, but some of them are present in both preparations. If anaphylactic shock occurred after Ramoclav, it is very likely to occur after taking Amoksiklav.
