Is it normal to bleed while taking antibiotics even though I am on birth control pills?

Hello, I have been taking drovelis contraceptive pills for several months. 7 days ago I started taking the antibiotic CLINDAMYCIN-MIP 600 prescribed by the dentist. Two days ago I got withdrawal bleeding even though I was taking hormone pills. I have 3 pink tablets left and my question is: should I take the placebo tablets normally or go straight to a new blister?

Please continue to use the contraceptive pill as before. After the active tablets, apply a placebo followed by a new blister. Because the antibiotic may weaken the effectiveness of birth control pills, bleeding or mid-cyclic spotting may occur during antibiotic use. During the antibiotic intake and for 7 days after stopping its use, an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom should be used. After 7 days, protection will already be restored.
