Long-term use of Dexilant (over 1 year) may slightly increase the risk of fractures of the hip, wrist or spine bones, especially in the elderly or with other risk factors. If you have any concerns about the prescribed treatment, you should contact your doctor. If you suspect side effects of the drug, you should urgently consult a doctor.
