Good morning. I have cystitis for 2 weeks and I have been taking urofuraginum for 2 weeks. Apparently something helped but it seems to me that not quite yet. Well, when my urine is darker, I feel burning and burning in the bladder, and as I have light urine it does not burn. Is it this drug urofuraginum that can cause such a burning sensation or rather it is from an infection?

The described symptoms are most likely the result of infection. After 3 days of furagin therapy, an improvement in health should be felt. If not - this is an indication for a visit to the doctor!! In the treatment of any urinary tract infection, proper hygiene is also important (in addition to the implementation of appropriate pharmacological treatment). I mean, first of all, consuming the right amount of fluids (during the infection it is good to "flush" the kidneys, ureters and bladder), you can also supplement preparations containing cranberry extract (which reduces the adhesion of bacteria to the walls of the urinary tract), or multi-component - containing m.in birch extract, parsley (which have a diuretic effect), e.g. Urosept https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81022/urosept-drazetki/apteki Żuravit https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/86629/zuravit-kapsulki/apteki Urinal https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/80929/urinal-kapsulki/apteki If desired, these preparations can be ordered online, with the option of collection or delivery to the address. The color of urine, in addition to infection, can also indicate the state of hydration of the body. When the fluid supply is too low, the urine becomes thicker and its color becomes dark yellow to brown. The correct color indicating adequate hydration can be described as straw-yellow.
