Can Dicortineff cause a 'whistling' sensation in the ear?

Hello, from Sunday I started taking Dicortineff ear drops for inflammation and all the time now I whistle in my ear if these are any side effects of this drug or should I stop taking

Dicortineff is usually well tolerated and usually does not cause significant side effects. However, if you connect the occurrence of "whistling" in the ear with taking the medicine, it is worth reporting it to the treating doctor.
