To @Ольга:

There are no contraindications, but if diarrhea occurs, you should consult a doctor.

According to the manufacturer:

"Cases of colitis and pseudomembranous colitis caused by Clostridioides difficile ranging in severity from mild to life-threatening have been reported with the use of fosfomycin."

I have cystitis. The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic Monural 3 g. Unfortunately, during the visit I forgot to inform that I am currently also taking Macmiror Complex 500. Can I take an antibiotic in the evening during treatment with Macmiror Complex 500?

Gastroenteritis is not a contraindication to Monural. However, you should inform your prescribing doctor about all medical conditions so that he or she can take this into account when choosing your treatment. Monural contains an antibiotic - fosfomycin and is indicated, m.in. in the treatment of bacterial cystitis, abundant asymptomatic bacteriuria and in the prevention of urinary tract infections associated with surgical procedures and transurethral diagnostic procedures.
