Can I get a black tongue while taking Ospamox?

I took the third dose of ospamox. I just noticed a black coating on my tongue. What is going on? Is this something serious?

Blacktongue is an side effect that has been reported very rarely (may affect up to 1 in 10,000 people) with Ospamox. This symptom may be the result of changes in the bacterial flora during antibiotic therapy. If a black tongue appears, you should take care of proper oral hygiene, brush your teeth and tongue, and floss. Most often, the black tongue, in addition to the disturbing appearance, does not cause other serious ailments.
