If you have changed medicines, your doctor should tell you how to switch medicines. If Seronil has been prescribed by a doctor other than the one who recommended Coaxil, ask yourself if you have told them that you are currently taking another antidepressant? This should be consulted with a doctor. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-psychatra According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, abrupt discontinuation of Coaxil treatment should be avoided. Dosage should be gradually reduced over 7 to 14 days to reduce the risk of withdrawal reactions. I enclose a detailed description of the preparation you are asking about: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18760/coaxil-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/5522
