If I drink a placebo tablet with tea, can the effect be weakened?

Hi I have two pytanka. If I drank a placebo tablet, tea (it's about contraception), only a placebo, the effectiveness may be weakened or with placebo tablets there is no difference? And the second thing is whether before putting on the IUD I could take a painkiller 30 minutes earlier?

To @Oliwia: as I have already written, drinking a placebo pill does not reduce the effectiveness of contraception. If you will be given local anesthesia, I see no justification for taking the medicine by mouth.

Okay, so drinking placebo tea will not reduce the overall effectiveness of contraception?

Local anesthesia will also be given, just wanted to ask about the pain pill It's about the drug Vines

You did not write what medicine you were referring to. However, as a rule, placebos are tablets without the content of the drug substance inside, so even taking them incorrectly will not have any effect. When it comes to getting analgesic effect before inserting an IUD, it's best to talk to your gynecologist about it – local anesthesia may be more appropriate if you are concerned about discomfort when inserting.
