Can I take a medicine like Prestilol if my GP has suggested it?

I have been taking Co-prestarium 5/5 and Concor cor 2.5 mg for a long time. I was offered to replace them with 1/2 Prestilol 5+10. What is the difference between these drugs? Can I take such a drug. It was suggested by the family doctor, I have a visit to the cardiologist in a few months.

It is as if your doctor wants to stop using amlodipine while retaining treatment with the other substances in the same doses. Without knowing why the doctor proposed a change to you, it is difficult to give an opinion - I assume that the family doctor had a reason and should have disclosed it to you. Co-prestarium is a combination of perindopril and amlodipine and Concor Cor contains bisoprolol. Prestilol contains bisoprolol and perindopril - in the case of dividing in half tablets with a dose of 5 + 10, the dose of 2.5 mg of bisoprolol and 5 mg of perindopril will be maintained. I enclose additional information about medicines - prescription products can be reserved at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/90364/prestilol-5-mg-10-mg-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19787/co-prestarium-5-mg-5-mg-tabletki/apteki/w-warszawie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19583/concor-cor-2-5-tabletki-powlekane/apteki/w-warszawie
