No, such a "swap" will not affect the therapeutic effectiveness if all the tablets in the package have the same composition. The days of the week marked under the tablets are to help the patient maintain the regularity of use - e.g. if we do not remember whether the tablet was taken on a given day, you can always check it on a blister. In your case, you will need a slightly larger "regime" and control so as not to make a mistake in taking the pills. What to do in this situation depends on what kind of pills you are using (you did not include this information in your question). - If it is a preparation that contains all tablets with the same composition (single-component tablets) and there are no placebo tablets: You can continue using as you started, or jump straight to the correct day - that is, for example, on Thursday take a tablet described as "Thurs", and leave the previously left tablets at the very end of the package. If it is a drug that, in addition to active tablets, contains tablets without a medicinal substance (placebo), then you can also jump to the right day, but remember not to start using inactive tablets before you finish all active tablets. In the case of using the so-called three-phase tablets, the situation is more complicated and further proceedings can be determined after giving a specific name of the medicinal product.
