The following interactions have been demonstrated between these medicinal products: - dimenhydrinate and cinnarizine - the medicines contained in Symtiver may reduce the effect of the betahistine contained in Betaserc, as a result of which the dose of Betaserc may need to be adjusted, - the simultaneous use of sotalolol (Biosotal) and dimenhydrinate (Symtiver) may increase the risk of arrhythmias - special care should be taken by patients with arrhythmias in History.
