If Nalgesin forte and Sirdalud do not help me with back pain, can I include Doreta?

I am prescribed naglesin forte 550 twice a day in the morning and evening, once a day sirdalud 4 mg, however, nothing medication does not help with back pain. Can I use dorete 3.75 for these medicines, and if so, at what interval?

The use of Doreta should be given as directed by your doctor. In this case, the doctor should determine the method of use of the drug (including intervals from other preparations and dosage): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/24480/doreta-37-5-mg-325-mg-tabletki-powlekane/apteki If, despite the use of prescribed drugs (Nalgesin forte and Sirdalud), the ailments persist, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is also possible to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja We wrote more about what painkillers to use in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac We wrote about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
