Duloxetine belongs to the group of serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). Paroxetine and Escitalopram - SSRIs. It is difficult to predict the body's reaction to a drug on the basis of an individual reaction to another medicinal substance, but - taking into account previous experience - all antidepressants should certainly be introduced very gradually.
I don't really understand. Escitalopram is an SSRI. Switching to Duloxetine should not be a problem in this case. However, if you are switching from Paroxetine to Duloxetine, it is a different story, because a different group of drugs and should take a break.

Duloxetine belongs to a different group of drugs than paroxetine - these are not analogues. It is not possible to assess the possibility of hypersensitivity to duloxetine based on experience with Parogen. Both active substances are used to treat depressive disorders, but their mechanism of action is slightly different. Not everyone needs to experience the side effects described by the manufacturer.
