Should I take a second Belara tablet?

Hello, today while taking the Belara tablet I got a feeling, discomfort as if the tablet in the nose stuck. The tablet did not fly out when blowing the nose. Should I therefore take a second tablet or additionally protect myself?

If this feeling has passed (I suspect that the tablets simply stuck to the palate for a moment) it is very likely that the tablet finally went to the stomach and further the digestive tract, so there is no need to take the second tablet. If you are not sure whether you have taken this medicine, follow the instructions for skipping a specific tablet (from a specific week of use).
