If you have type 2 diabetes, is Egiramlon a medicine that responds?

If you have type 2 diabetes, is Egiramlon a suitable medicine as a first-line medicine? In addition, the leaflet says that in the case of diabetes it should not be used. Is this true?

It is difficult for a bystander to determine whether a given therapeutic treatment is appropriate for a given patient on the basis of such a brief description. I encourage you to make an appointment with a cardiologist who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the gdziepolek.pl Service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja In the current medical literature I do not find information about the absolute contraindication to the use of Egiramlon in patients with diabetes. The use of this medicine may be therapeutically beneficial (also in the treatment of diabetes complications, e.g. diabetic nephropathy), but the patient should be closely monitored for signs of interaction with other diabetes medicines. The gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to book a medicine in the nearest stationary pharmacy after presenting a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26327/egiramlon-5-mg-5-mg-kapsulki/apteki I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/problemy-z-sercem
