To my knowledge, Sudafed tablets contain pseudoephedrine rather than paracetamol, caffeine and phenylephrine. Of the substances you mentioned, phenylephrine may interact with ConCor Cor. Taking it may lead to a slight increase in blood pressure, which obviously interferes with ConCor COR. When taking medicines with phenylephrine, blood pressure should be monitored more often and the drug should be discontinued in case of malaise. Do not stop taking ConCor Cor without talking to your doctor.
