When should Myditin improve? Can I increase the dose of Myditin as directed by my doctor?

I was prescribed Myditin because of the feeling of numbness of the hands and soles of the feet. ( the right side suffers more). I was supposed to take one tablet a day (3mg) if necessary, increase the dose. After what time can you expect the effects? Can I increase the dose after four tablets if I do not feel better? I even get the impression that the numbness is greater than before, including nights, when I have the impression that the numbness is greater than during the day when I function.

Myditin reaches its maximum blood concentration as early as 1 hour after administration. After this time, there should be improvement. At the same time, the time necessary to achieve the full therapeutic effect is determined individually and depends m.in on the patient's condition. The manufacturer's recommended use of the drug is 0.5 - 1 tablet 3 times a day.
