Promonta should be used once a day in the evening. This does not mean that it has to be immediately before bedtime. There is no strictly fixed framework of what "evening" means, you can use the usual definition here, according to which "evening" is from about 17:00-19:00 to about 22:00-24:00. What a person means by "evening" depends on the individual schedule of the day, habits and even the season. For example, in the summer, when it is still quite bright at 17:00, no one is likely to use the phrase "good evening". Please choose an "evening" time that will correlate well with your child's dinner, bedtime and allow you to administer the medicine at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. If the child eats dinner, e.g. and 19:00, the medicine can be given at 18:00 or 21:00. However, this second hour may be too late if the child usually falls asleep, e.g. at 20:00. I enclose additional information about Promonta - prescription preparations can be booked at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64447/promonta-4-mg-tabletki-do-ssania-gryzienia-zucia/apteki/w-warszawie As for the need to combine Promonta with Duexon, a doctor who knows the case should comment on this topic. From a pharmaceutical point of view, these drugs can be combined.

Nor can it be used together with Duexo 25+125?

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
