Which set from the ENT to choose for the child?

Hello, My son 3years from one ENT (liquid in the ears and overgrown tonsil) got to use syrup Pecto Drill and Dymiste. In the leaflet it is written that the steroid spray is used from the age of 12. But is it safe? The second otolaryngologist gave Metmin for the same, but we can also use Flisonase and Rupafin syrup. What to choose??? When I started reading the lineups I got stupid.

You can also follow the instructions of the doctor who prescribed Metmin, as this preparation has indications for use in children aged 3 years and older. Flixonase can be used according to registered indications over 4 years of age. Generally, both Dymista, Flixonase and Metmin contain an anti-inflammatory steroid. Smoke additionally contains an antiallergic substance. The antihistamine (antiallergic) effect also has the preparation Rupafin. Pecto Drill is a secretion liquefaction. Therefore, the doctors ordered the child to essentially quite similar treatments, but each according to his own idea and conviction as to the most accurate choice of the commercial preparation.
