Do Efferalgan Codein and Oxycort A affect the effectiveness of the Gardasil vaccine taken 3 weeks ago?

Three weeks after taking Gardasil 9, can I take Efferalgan codeine with a fever of 39 degrees? I have come across information that some opioids can suppress the immune system. In addition, can the use of Oxycort A eye ointment reduce the body's immune response after the above-mentioned vaccination?

I do not find information that drugs used 3 weeks after taking the vaccine affect its effectiveness. In my opinion, there are no contraindications to taking an analgesic and antipyretic with codeine or steroid ointment 3 weeks after taking Gardasil.
