Good evening, I have a question what magnesium is the best? I would like to start using and I would like it to be the best.

First of all, it would be worth it to be a drug, not a dietary supplement. Medicines, unlike supplements, must meet pharmaceutical standards of purity, quantity and quality. Magnesium as a drug is in the form of organic salts (hydrogen asparginate, lactate, citrate) and oxide, carbonate and chloride. Of the above, the best will be easily soluble salts, capable of dissociation and absorption by the body. For my part, I would recommend either magnesium in the form of citrate, lactate or chloride.
