Nexpram accepted from 5 months. During this time it was already good, but for a few days the depression and lack of willingness to act has been returning despite taking the same dose for several months.

To @Katwar: Follow the instructions given to you by your doctor. If you experience side effects related to the new treatment, this should be reported. These may disappear over time with the use of new medicines.
I would like to know if this drug stops working on me or do I need to increase the dose?. I would add that I have difficulty falling asleep. I was at the psychiatrist, who changed my medication to two other solians 1/2 tablet twice a day and absenor 1 tab. 2x a day, while nexpram ordered to reduce for 10 days until discontinuation, but in turn after these drugs I can not wake up and get up to work. I'm confused, I don't know what to do? Please advise.
