Is it possible to combine Paroxinor and Ketrel?

Is it possible to take paroxinor 1 tablet of 20 mg in the morning and Ketrel in the evening before bedtime 75 mg, since I received medication from 2 other doctors

It is not recommended to combine Paroxinor and Ketrel if they have not been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the doctor prescribing the second preparation has not been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking and what additional conditions he suffers from. Combining these medicines increases the risk of side effects such as dizziness, confusion, drowsiness and concentration problems.
