Thank you for your reply. It was in the pharmacy that we were recommended alantan plus. Gently, with an ear swab soaked in octenisept, I "washed" the wound and then lightly applied a little ointment with a stick. It seems to me that it is better. There is also less redness already. Thank you for your advice.
